When I read this ayah, and the ones proceeding it, I immediately feel humbled and in awe of the grandeur of Our Lord. I chose this particular wood slab because of its striking bark and wavy grain that creates a sense of appreciation at Allah’s design. I filled it with an abundance of florals and monarchs&bees to try and capture a few of Allah’s beautiful creations.
I hope that whoever is destined for this piece, uses it as a tool for reflection. This ayah benefits from reading and re-reading and reflecting and re-reflecting. Having it up in your space inspires constant remembrance and glorification of Allah.
